It is a fact that how you think affects how you feel; and how you feel, in turn, affects how you relate to the world around you. This applies to everything in life, from driving the car, to family relationships, to work and careers.
If you constantly behave in a certain way, you will continue to get the same results. Sometimes those results are not what you want. In order to get a different result you need to change the behaviour, so that you get the results you do want.
Perhaps you would like to learn a new skill, change career or take on a physical challenge but feel that 'something' is holding you back. In the past you may have been told by someone (a teacher, parent, sibling, etc) that you are 'stupid' or 'lazy', or you 'will never be successful'.
